A: To reinstall rear suspension arms, use a floor jack under the rear axle carrier to mimic normal ride-height before tightening fasteners. Start by loosening wheel lug nuts, raising the vehicle and supporting it on jackstands. Remove the wheel, then the strut rod-to-axle carrier bolt. Hold the nut with a wrench to remove the bolt and disconnect the strut rod. Remove the strut rod-to-body bracket bolt to disconnect the rod from the vehicle. The parking brake cable bracket may need to be unbolted for strut bolt removal. Installation is the reverse of removal. Ensure bolts are tightened to the correct torque.
