For all models, start by disconnecting the refrigerant lines from the compressor and securely capping the ends to prevent contamination. Next, release the green lock tab and disconnect the compressor wiring harness, detaching the clamps and freeing the wiring harness. Unbolt the compressor and carefully remove it from the vehicle.
