To replace the front park/turn signal lights, reach behind the headlight assembly and rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove the bulb. For the rear taillight/brake light/turn signal, lift the taillight access cover in the trunk area and rotate the bulb holders counterclockwise to remove the bulbs. To replace the high-mounted brake light, remove the rear package shelf and twist the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove the bulb. For the instrument cluster lights, remove the instrument cluster and rotate the bulb counterclockwise to remove it. To replace the interior light, pry off the dome light lens and detach the bulb from the terminals. For the license plate light, press the release clip and rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it. To replace the fog light, raise the vehicle, remove the front wheels and inner fender covers, and twist the bulb holder from the housing. Lastly, for the side turn signal light on Lexus models, pry off the outer cover of the side view mirror housing, remove the turn signal mounting fasteners, and rotate the bulb counterclockwise to remove it.
