Take off the cable wire from the negative battery terminal, but be careful - it's important to turn off the lockout feature on anti-theft models first. Grasp the bottom part of the instrument panel, remove the three trim bezel clips around it, and disconnect the instrument connections. Installation is the reverse of removal.
