How to remove and install coil springs in rear suspension for the 2018 Toyota Sequoia?

Loosen the rear wheel lug nuts. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Block the front wheels to keep the vehicle from rolling off the stands. Remove the wheels. Remove the shock absorbers. Loosen, but don't remove all three of the upper control arm mounting bolts. Place a block of wood on a floor jack then place the jack under the No. 2 lower control arm on the side that's being removed. Slowly raise the arm to the point just before the vehicle is starting to be lifted. Install a spring compressor onto the spring in accordance with the tool manufacturer's instructions. Compress the spring far enough to relieve all pressure from the spring seat; when you can wiggle the spring. Slowly lower the jack and arm until the spring and spring compressor can be removed through the opening. Installation is the reverse of removal. Make sure that the lower end of each coil spring is seated properly on the spring seat. Tighten all suspension fasteners. Before tightening the upper control arm bolts, raise the suspension with a floor jack to simulate normal ride height. Tighten the lug nuts.
