How to remove and install the Air Filter Box on a Toyota Celica?

Release the clips and unbend the air hose from the Air Filter Box, pull out the cover/air flow meter jointly with the filter element. Remove the screw clamp to discharge the air hose. Let go of the clips and pull the cover/air flow meter away and then take out the filter element. Next, unscrew the air intake hose screw clamp and open it to remove the air intake hose from the housing. Lift up the Air Filter Box which is held by the three bolts; these will be removed from the Air Filter Box housing which is in the engine compartment. Installation is quite the opposite of the removal process.

Q: How to remove and install the Air Filter Box on a Toyota Celica?

Release the clips and unbend the air hose from the Air Filter Box, pull out the cover/air flow meter jointly with the filter element. Remove the screw clamp to discharge the air hose. Let go of the clips and pull the cover/air flow meter away and then take out the filter element. Next, unscrew the air intake hose screw clamp and open it to remove the air intake hose from the housing. Lift up the Air Filter Box which is held by the three bolts; these will be removed from the Air Filter Box housing which is in the engine compartment. Installation is quite the opposite of the removal process.
