- Q: How to remove the transfer case on Toyota T100?A:To remove the transfer case, start by removing the transfer shift lever and detaching the breather hose. Then, raise the vehicle and remove the skid plate. Drain the transfer case lubricant and remove the front and rear driveshafts. Disconnect all vacuum and vent lines, unplug electrical connectors, and detach wiring harnesses from the transfer case. Support the transmission and unbolt the transfer mount and crossmember.
