Scion 90981-11018 Ashtray Receptacle Lamp Bulb

To replace the front turn signal, remove the two Phillips screws and the lens, then turn the bulb counterclockwise about an eighth of a turn and pull it straight out, with installation being the reverse of removal. For the front side marker, take out the two screws securing the front inner fender panel to the outer fender, pull back the panel to access the side marker light bulb holder, grasp the bulb holder, turn it counterclockwise, and pull the bulb straight out; then rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it from the assembly and pull the bulb straight out, with installation reversing the removal steps. To change the dome light, pry off the plastic lens cover with a small screwdriver, remove the bulb from the assembly, and reinstall by reversing the steps. For the instrument panel, first remove the panel, then rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise and pull the bulb straight out, with installation being the reverse of removal. To access the rear side marker, open the rear luggage compartment lid, peel back the carpeting, and lift the particle board cover, then rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it from the assembly and pull the bulb straight out, with installation reversing the removal process. For the rear brake, turn signal, and backup lights, open the rear luggage compartment lid, push down on the two tabs on the top edge of the plastic tail light housing, pivot the assembly forward to access the burned-out bulb, remove it, and reinstall by reversing the steps.
