To remove the front bumper, first apply the parking brake and raise the vehicle on jack stands. Disconnect the negative and positive battery cables and remove the fasteners securing the inner fender liner and bumper cover. If replacing the bumper beam, remove the nuts and pull it off its mounts. To remove the rear bumper, detach the plastic clips and screws securing the lower edge of the cover, remove fasteners in the fender wells and liftgate corners, and release clips securing the trunk trim panel and corner panels. Installation for both bumpers is the reverse of removal, ensuring proper alignment and assistance if needed.
