Toyota 16041-0A380 Radiator Assembly

For 2004 and later models, remove the engine cover, front wheel, splash shield, air inlets, battery, and front bumper. Disconnect hoses, and wiring, and remove the hood latch support bar, upper radiator support bar, and fluid hoses. Remove the headlight assembly, side air deflector, and bracket. Remove the pressure tube assembly, radiator support cushions, upper support, and bolts. Lift out the radiator and fan assembly. To reinstall, reverse the procedure, fill the cooling system with antifreeze and water, check for leaks, and add transaxle fluid. For coolant reservoir removal, remove the reservoir, pour out the coolant, inspect for damage, and replace if necessary.
