To remove the crankshaft oil seal, remove the timing belt and sprocket. You can take out the old seal, clean the bore, and oil the seal. Use a seal driver tool for installation. Install the sprocket and belt, and check for leaks. For camshaft oil seals, remove the timing belt and sprocket. Also, remove the rear timing belt cover as well as the seal. Clean the bore, oil the new seal, and use a seal driver.

Replace the rear timing belt cover screw and torque the bolts; also replace the camshaft sprocket(s) and timing belt and start the automobile to test for oil leaks at the camshaft seal area.

Drive the new seal into place using a seal driver or a socket with a slightly smaller outside diameter. Make sure it's installed squarely and to the same depth as the original.
