To get the front bumper off a Camry, do these steps: Pull back the fender-well liner on the front end, set the parking brake, lift the car, and firmly prop it up on jackstands. Twist off the cable from the negative terminal on the battery, stopping any electrical power. If your vehicle has fog lights at the back of the bumper cover, take out their connections there too. Take out the screws and pushpins holding the bumper cover down, then remove four clips that keep the radiator support in place and detach its cover. The position and amount of cover screws change from one vehicle model to another. Look for all screws and unfasten them prior to lifting off the cover. Turning the two locking pins by 90 degrees at the front part of the fender well liner removes them, allowing you to pull the liner back and undo the bolt holding the bumper cover to the fender. Raise the cover from the vehicle by tightening the release handles at the cover's connection with the fender fronts. Putting the bumper back in place works just like taking it off, except you make sure the tabs on the cover fit inside their clips on the vehicle before you reconnect all the bolts and screws. It helps to have a second person. To remove the rear bumper cover, get under the car, disconnect the plastic pins holding up the lower part of the cover, take out any screws fixing the cover to the fenderwell, and remember that you may have to loosen the plastic fenderwell liner to access these screws. Pull out the trunk lid to disconnect 3 storm length clips that hold the bumper in each corner. Also turn off the power for the car sensors and back camera if the car has them. From underneath your car, take out the screws that attach the bumper cover at its bottom edge. Then ease the cover back and forward, using a thin tool to unwrap the central button of the plastic pins. Installation is the reverse of removal.
