Take off the front wheel, lift the car, and set safety jack stands under it. First, undo all the inner fenderwell clips and screws, then take off the mud shield and inner fenderwell by removing hand screws below the front inner fenderwell and detaching the fixed area using main bolts, screws, and plastic clips. Take off the bolt at the top of the front door to start your repair. Take off the rocker trim panel, then the lower fender bolt by first removing the bolts that hold both panels in place. Take off the front
Bumper cover, then unfasten and lower both headlight housings. Then take out the cowl cover, rubber sealing stripe for hood protection, the small bolts that attach fender trim to the top, and the remaining fender fasteners. Carefully lift up the fender with help on hand to protect nearby body parts from damage. Remove the fender in reverse order, making sure to check its alignment with the hood and door before you last tighten the fender bolts.
