How to remove and install a window regulator on Toyota Camry?

At front, take off the door trim panel and the plastic watershield off. Take off the fasteners on the door speaker and then disconnected the electrical connector as well. Remove the window glass. Pull the electrical connector from the window regulator motor terminal. Work the temporary locking bolt to the loose position without pulling it out. Caution: This also makes it possible for the regulator to fall off and be damaged if the temporary bolt is removed before the regulator assembly is removed. Screw out the regulator/motor assembly mounting bolts and sliding down the regulator assembly through the service hole on the door frame. After removing the regulator out of the vehicle, you should then unscrew the temporary locking bolt. The process of installation means the opposite of removal. Lubricate the rollers and wear points on the regulator with white grease before installation.Rear: Disconnect the door trim panel and the doors watershield. Quarters glass and window glass assembly-quarter glass. Connect the power window switch and lift the window regulator up again. Account holding may be terminated under certain situations working for a specified period or observing a restrictive products publicize for a fixed amount of time. Release the temporary locking bolt for a little turn; however, your bolt should engage with the gear. Caution: If the temporary bolt is removed before the regulator assembly is removed, the regulator maybe to drop off and get damaged. Disconnect and take off the regulator/motor assembly mounting bolts and pull the regulator assembly through the service hole in the door frame. After the regulator is removed from the vehicle, then the temporary locking bolt should be withdrawn. Removal is something that is done by pulling and construction is the other extreme that is done by fixing. Before installation, white grease is then applied on the rollers and any wearing surfaces of the regulator.

Q: How to remove and install a window regulator on Toyota Camry?

At front, take off the door trim panel and the plastic watershield off. Take off the fasteners on the door speaker and then disconnected the electrical connector as well. Remove the window glass. Pull the electrical connector from the window regulator motor terminal. Work the temporary locking bolt to the loose position without pulling it out. Caution: This also makes it possible for the regulator to fall off and be damaged if the temporary bolt is removed before the regulator assembly is removed. Screw out the regulator/motor assembly mounting bolts and sliding down the regulator assembly through the service hole on the door frame. After removing the regulator out of the vehicle, you should then unscrew the temporary locking bolt. The process of installation means the opposite of removal. Lubricate the rollers and wear points on the regulator with white grease before installation.Rear: Disconnect the door trim panel and the doors watershield. Quarters glass and window glass assembly-quarter glass. Connect the power window switch and lift the window regulator up again.
