How to remove and install the Center Console Base on a Toyota Corolla?

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal, then lift up the console armrest and remove the retaining screws from the storage compartment, followed by the mounting screws in the console storage box. Detach the shift bezel using a plastic trim tool, carefully prying it up to release the clips, and disconnect the 12-volt power source connector. Next, remove the four screws securing the front portion of the console to the floor, disconnect the electrical connector, and take out the floor console. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Q: How to remove and install the Center Console Base on a Toyota Corolla?
A:
Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal, then lift up the console armrest and remove the retaining screws from the storage compartment, followed by the mounting screws in the console storage box. Detach the shift bezel using a plastic trim tool, carefully prying it up to release the clips, and disconnect the 12-volt power source connector. Next, remove the four screws securing the front portion of the console to the floor, disconnect the electrical connector, and take out the floor console. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
