How to remove and install a bumper on Toyota Land Cruiser?

Disconnect any electrical connections that would interfere with bumper removal and support the bumper with a jack or jackstands, or have an assistant support it while the bolts are removed. From the backside of the bumper, remove the retaining bolts securing the bumper bracket to the outside of each frame rail, then take the bumper off the vehicle. For FJS0 series vehicles, if replacing the bumper fascia, remove the nuts or bolts securing it to the bumper. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.
