    A:
    This procedure has to be done for front as well as rear wheel studs. Initially, take off the wheel by partially unbolting the wheel lug nuts, lifting the vehicle until the wheels can be raised onto jack stands safely. Subsequently, remove the brake disc or the brake drum. Place one lug nut half threaded onto the stud that has to be removed and then use an automobile press tool to force the said stud out of the hub flange.
