Turn the front wheel lug nuts halfway counter clockwise, lift the front of the vehicle and put it on jack stands, then detach the front wheels. Subsequently, the disc brake caliper and the disc have to be withdrawn, along with the separation of the front lower arm and the tie-rod end. Put paint match marks between the lower strut bracket and the camber adjust cam and also between the knuckle and the strut which will help at the time of reassembly, withdraw the two knob retaining nuts and bolts and also remove the camber adjust cam to detach the knuckle from the strut. To detach the knuckle from the hub assembly the correct procedures should be followed. To fit the knuckle, a person should undo the above processes in reverse by referring to the match marks which should help in aligning the lower bracket with the camber adjust cam. Change the front wheels, secure the wheel lugs into place, and loosely tighten them with your hands, then lower the vehicle and further tighten the wheel lug nuts. The best way is to take the vehicle to a dealer or the alignment shop to get the front wheel alignment tested.
