To remove and replace the Fuel Pump Pulsator, first remove the engine cover and relieve the fuel system pressure. For 1GR-FE models, remove the clip from the Fuel Pump Pulsator and pull it out of the fuel rail. Remove the old O-ring and discard it. Installation is the reverse, using a new O-ring and applying a light coat of oil. For 2UZ-FE models, unscrew the Fuel Pump Pulsator, remove the fuel supply line banjo fitting, and discard the old sealing washers. Installation is the reverse of removal.
