How to detach the rear wiper arm and remove the rear wiper motor on Toyota Sequoia?

To remove the wiper arm, one has to first open the cover to reveal the nut and other part of the wiper arm. Lift the rear gate and secure it, then undo the lift gate support struts, power door rod if installed, and the trim components. Next, there are three bolts to be taken out, electrical connector to be disconnected and then there is the wiper motor to be lifted from the car. Removal is ironic to installation.
