Next, remove the steering wheel and then take off the lower finish panel along with the steering column cover. After that, remove the single retaining screw located at the rear of the switch and unclip the electrical connector to disconnect it from the ignition switch. With the key in the Accessory position, insert a pin into the hole in the casting, pull the Ignition Lock Cylinder straight out, and remove it from the steering column. Finally, installation is the reverse of the removal process.

First, disconnect the links from the outside handle and lock cylinder. - Then, remove the mounting bolts. - If there are power door connectors, disconnect them along with their bolt.
