For slow wipers, check battery, inspect motor and connections, and replace if needed. If wipers fail, check fuse and test motor. If motor works, fix ground or check linkage. If not, replace motor. Check switch and wiring if no voltage. For one-speed wipers, test wiring and connections; replace switch if fine. For interval issues, test wiring; replace module if fine. If wipers don't park, check motor voltage; replace motor if voltage present, fix wiring if not. If wipers won't stop, disconnect switch wiring; replace switch if wipers stop, motor if not. If wipers won't retract, check obstructions and wiring; replace motor if fine. To remove motor, remove arms, cowl cover, disconnect connector, remove bolts and assembly, and remove motor from assembly. Reverse for reinstallation.
