Voltage problems occur from either the ignition feed circuit or its connections between blower switch, heater main relay and motor terminal. When battery voltage exists you must reconnect the terminal to the blower motor then confirm proper function by grounding one terminal using a jumper wire. A malfunctioning motor demands new replacement even when power and ground connections do not start it. The potential problem lies between the motor and its blower resistor or the heater/AC control switch; insulation problems should be ruled out when convenient. Before removing the blower motor take off its limiting bracket to access the electrical connector. Use three screws to lower the blower unit from the compartment. You can take the fan unit from the old motor and install it on your new part while the passenger seat must come off to access the rear blower type. You need to confirm normal system performance after putting back the parts in their original place.
