Toyota 47318-07021 Tube, Front Brake

Loosen the wheel lug nuts, raise and support the vehicle on jackstands, remove the wheel, unscrew the brake line fitting from the hose at the frame bracket, remove the U-clip from the female fitting at the bracket, pass the hose through the bracket, remove the banjo fitting bolt at the caliper end, separate the hose from the caliper, replace the copper sealing washers, remove the U-clip from the strut bracket, feed the hose through the bracket, pass the caliper fitting end through the strut bracket, connect the fitting to the caliper with the banjo bolt and copper washers, engage the locating lug on the fitting with the hole in the caliper, tighten the bolt to the specified torque, push the metal support into the strut bracket, install the U-clip, route the hose into the frame bracket ensuring it is not twisted, and finally, connect and tighten the brake line fitting securely.
