To take the wheel housing splash shields off from the fender, keep track that different screws and clips in different positions are holding the splash shields place between the frame and fender. These parts might depend on which specific model you own. Take out the screws at the top of the fender. Enter the vehicle, then take out two bolts: one on the top back near a door and the other at the bottom rear opposite the wheel well. For safe and easy fender removal, ask for help to keep your body panels from getting damaged. Before putting in a new fender, take off the moldings around the wheel area. This part is held in place by five bolts, six clips, and two screws. Use a drill to carefully take out the screw flanges, being careful not to drill too deeply. Wrap the drill bit in tape as you go. Putting the parts together needs tight fasteners to make sure everything stays fixed correctly.
