Take the cable out of its negative connection to the battery. Twist out the upper headlight mounting screws to let the top headlight housing unstick from the upper radiator cross member. Remove the grille and the bumper cover. Press the handle as you slowly pull the headlight forward to detach its two housing clips on each side. Keep a firm grip and take care as you do this. After freeing the headlight from these clips, move the housing enough to reach the electrical connections hidden behind the back of the assembly. Pull and disconnect the cables connected to the headlight housing first by removing the housing, thendisconnecting from both the headlights and the turn signal/marker light. After mounting the OD headlight housing, adjust your headlights using their vertical adjuster. When disconnecting your vehicle's headlights, there are three connectors you'll deal with: the release tabs on each headlight need to be depressed while you pull off the electrical plug from the bulb holder, and you detach the third connector the same way for the turn signal/indicator and side marker lights. When you break the bracket that holds the housing, you can fix it with a repair kit. If your lighting unit is damaged, you'll need a replacement. Uninstalling lights is just like putting them on, remember to make sure your headlights are correctly adjusted at the end.
