First of all, oil changes are important for engine health. Warm up the vehicle and lift it for access. Locate the oil drain plug and remove the filler cap. Raise the vehicle, open the engine lower splash shield, and place a drain pan beneath the plug. Unscrew the plug, drain the oil, and clean the plug before you reinstall it. Adjust the drain pan under the oil filter, loosen it, and drain. Clean the engine's mounting face, compare the filters, lubricate the new filter's O-ring, and install it.
