Remove the engine cover, throttle body cover, and clamp off coolant hoses. Remove Air Filter Box, windshield wiper motor linkage, and cowl panel for 1GR-FE engines. Disconnect electrical connectors from the throttle body. Clamp off coolant hoses and remove air intake duct for 1GR-FE (2011 and later), 1UR-FE, 3UR-FE, and 3UR-FBE engines. Loosen hose clamps and disconnect water bypass hoses. Remove throttle body mounting bolts and throttle body. Install new throttle body gasket and check coolant level.
