How to remove and install the grille on Toyota Sienna?

For 2003 and earlier models, begin by opening the hood and securing it. Next, remove the four plastic pushpins located at the top of the grille by turning the center with a Phillips screwdriver to unseat them, then pulling the center up and prying the fasteners out. After the pins are removed, release the clip in the center and lift the grille out, taking care to wiggle it gently to release the tabs that fit into brackets under the headlights, allowing for removal without needing to take out the headlights. For installation, reverse the removal steps by pushing the body of the fastener fully into the hole and then depressing the center pin to lock it in place. For 2004 and later models, start by removing the front bumper cover, followed by taking out the four screws from the bottom of the grille. Detach the four clips to separate the grille from the bumper cover, and remove the outer trim cover by releasing the 10 clips. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.

For 2003 and earlier models, begin by opening the Hood and securing it. Next, remove the four plastic pushpins located at the top of the grille by turning the center with a Phillips screwdriver to unseat them, then pulling the center up and prying the fasteners out. After the pins are removed, release the clip in the center and lift the grille out, taking care to wiggle it gently to release the tabs that fit into brackets under the headlights, allowing for removal without needing to take out the headlights. For installation, reverse the removal steps by pushing the body of the fastener fully into the hole and then depressing the center pin to lock it in place. For 2004 and later models, start by removing the front Bumper cover, followed by taking out the four screws from the bottom of the grille. Detach the four clips to separate the grille from the bumper cover, and remove the outer trim cover by releasing the 10 clips. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.
