    45230-35090 is the lower with the rubber damper 45209-34040 is the upper 90170-08008 nut 94512-00800 lock washer 90119-08982 bolt 45860-34020 is all 3 pieces with 2 bolts, nuts, & washers the pinch bolts are 90080-11555
