How to remove and install the front and rear bumpers on 1996 through 2002 Toyota 4Runner?

Take off the grille, remove lights and turn signals, unscrew the bumper arm bolts, and finally pull off the bolts securing the bumper to the body. You put things back by hand-tightening all screws and bolts until they stay in place. Check the exploded view where it shows the rear bumper and brackets parts to use when replacing them on the 4Runner vehicle. Instillation is just like taking out, but make sure you tighten everything until it's secure.
