Remove the wheel, brake caliper, and front locking hub assemblies. Bend back the lock washer tabs, remove the locknuts and thrust washer. Disengage the outer wheel bearing by pulling the hub assembly out and back in. Remove the hub assembly and pry out the seal. Clean the old grease from the bearings, hub, and spindle, inspect for damage, and replace if needed. Pack the bearings with high-temperature grease and apply a thin coat to the spindle. Install the grease-packed bearing into the hub, install a new seal, and tap it into place. Reinstall the hub assembly, thrust washer, and locknuts. Ensure proper bearing preload. Finish by reversing the removal steps and lightly greasing the locking hub assembly.
