Toyota 48710-48060 Rear Suspension Control Arm Assembly, No.1 Left

1. Measure the distance from the ground to the bottom of the rear suspension arm and record the measurement. 2. Loosen the rear wheel lug nuts, raise the rear of the vehicle, and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the rear wheels. 3. Remove the rear suspension arm plastic shield fasteners and shield, if equipped. 4. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor bracket fastener and disconnect the speed sensor. 5. Remove the parking brake cable fasteners from the inside of the trailing arm. 6. Place a floor jack with a wooden block under the rear suspension arm below the coil spring pocket and raise the arm approximately 1 inch. 7. Remove the fasteners from the front and rear of the trailing arm, then remove the trailing arm.

Loosen the wheel lug nuts, raise the vehicle, and support it securely on jackstands. Then, remove the wheel.
