    The first step is to remove the front bumper cover trim panel, which is the thin strip on top of the front bumper cover. To detach the trim panel, use a screwdriver to pry loose all six retaining tabs from their corresponding slots in the bumper cover, then carefully disengage all six claws from their corresponding locator pins in the bumper cover.
