The turn signal/hazard is a small canister shape unit situated in a position, behind the left kick panel, that flashes the turn signals. Normally it emits a clicking sound when it is in operation as it is designed to do. If the turn signals only go off on one side, and the flasher does not click, it means that the bulb for turn signals is bad. If the both turn signals do not blink there may be a problem with the turn signal
Fuse, the flasher unit, the switch, or a poor connection. A simple look into the fuse box will either show one that turn signal has been fused out, and it is better to look into the wiring and check for a short before replacing the fuse. To remove the flasher, the unit usually has to be pulled out of the fuse block or wiring harness and then the new flasher has to be inserted in the same manner, being sure to use a flasher that is the same as the old one by comparing them before installation .
