How to remove and install the clutch pedal on Toyota Land Cruiser?

To start with, it is required to release the pedal return spring(s). Then, remove the master cylinder push rod from the pedal following the removal of the spring clip and the push rod pin. Next, the pedal shaft should be released and then the clutch pedal with the bushings as well as the collar should be detached. All Parts should be cleaned in solvent and any that are damaged or excessively worn should be replaced. Finally during installation, these steps should be followed in the reverse order that used when removing them, after which, multi-purpose grease should again be applied on the pedal boss, return spring, pedal shaft and the pin of the push rod.
